Senior Product Designer (UX/UI Design)

The focus of our work is to solve complex business problems while navigating potential technical challenges and customers’ needs using an array of design thinking techniques, emerging technologies, and proven business principles.
We are looking for a Senior and Mid-level Product Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be an organized and agile designer who can support a team of web and mobile developers. You must have extensive knowledge and understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition for UX/UI design and web design. You must demonstrate the ability to sketch ideas and turn brainstorming sessions into wire-frames and mockups. Additionally, you should be able to work efficiently on multiple projects, deliver high quality work, and be able to apply a heuristic evaluation with the iterative design process.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to determine gaps in the market
- Translate research into feasible ideas and designs that will meet the customers’ needs
- Clearly outline specifications for the design team and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the design team and provide helpful feedback on processes
- Break down vaguely defined problems into solvable pieces using flowcharts and diagrams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction or Cognition, BA in Graphic Arts/Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Senior Designer - 10+ years of experience
- Must have UX/UI experience with a strong professional portfolio.
- Proficient with Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Zeplin, Abstract, and CC applications in a Macintosh environment.
- Ability to work on interfaces and experiences, including, but not limited to, presentation design, iPad iOS native web responsive apps, and web design.
- Must be aware of leading cultural and design trends.
- Must be able to work efficiently and effectively with multiple departments

Benefits:
The current, standard company benefits for salaried employees will take effect after a ninety (90) day probation period. These benefits include the following:
- Personal Time Off (PTO): PTO is accrued at 3.07 hours per pay period (26), which is equivalent to 80 hours or two weeks on an annual basis. PTO is capped at 120 hours.
- Holidays: 10 paid holidays (including birthday)
