About us

iStack Conferences brings you Affiliate World and Sellers World, bi-annual events held in Barcelona and Bangkok, and more recently Ad World Conference, our flagship virtual event. Since 2015, our conferences have grown exponentially and have become industry leaders globally with more than 500 companies and 8,000 attendees annually for our offline events as well as over 18,000 attendees for our online events.

And when we say ‘conferences’, don’t get confused with grey-suited businesspeople in drab dimly lit rooms eating stable sandwiches. Our “conferences” are attended by sharp online entrepreneurs. We make our ‘in person’ events more music festival than monotone, think a huge impressive stage with LED lighting, beer pong tournaments and adult-sized bouncy castles. Our “conferences” are very fun and we apply this same mindset to our working set-up offering very flexible working hours, virtual offices and annual travel to Bangkok and Barcelona for our events.

About the team

We’re known for producing the best events in the industry and the team that produces those conferences is our incredible mix of talented and passionate professionals drawn from the worlds of design, event management, marketing and more. We have grown from a very small team to a global company of more than 30+ people based across Europe, Philippines, USA/Canada and New Zealand.

We are now looking to grow our team further and take our company to the next level and we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help reach our goals for 2021 and beyond.

Your role and impact on our team

Conceptualize and design scroll stopping graphics and visuals that will impress our attendees and community from storyboard to sound design to final production
Create branding concepts for new events along with full brand guidelines to deliver all ads, creatives and visual support documents.
Work closely with the team in coming up with fresh ideas for content
Maintain brand consistency across all our materials
Liaise with design, marketing and tech teams to ensure deadlines are met
Produce striking motion graphics following the guidelines and ideas set by both Marketing and Design Team members and assist with video editing as required by the team
Help manage outsourced designers hired for editing our conference videos and materials

Skills and abilities we’re looking for

Strong eye for for aesthetics and visual detail
Proven work experience as a seasoned Designer
Portfolio of completed design projects, specifically motion design and animation
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
Proficient in design software - mainly Adobe Creative Suite apps (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere). Familiarity with the Figma app is a plus!
Knowledgeable in video editing and motion design
Willing to grow and learn new skills
Well-updated with new design trends

This is a remote position and is full time.

Previous experience (3 years minimum)
