The UX group is made up of of multi-disciplinary creators & technologists, and we are passionate about the people we build our product for. The UX team plays a crucial part in gathering and translating user behaviors and attitudes in the form of evangelization, education, and the experiences we produce. Working within the Collaboration Technology Group, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to enabling small to medium business to try, buy, and use our software and hardware. We collaborate closely with each other, engineering, and product managers to create products that deliver value for the people who use them, and for our businesses.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
As a UX Writer you’ll regularly use craft, empathy, logic, and data to inform writing and design choices. You’ll drive guidelines, create processes, design solutions, influence product vision, manage cross-functional projects, and work with leadership to set goals. You’ll incorporate user-centered design methods to all elements of product design, with a focus on clarity, coherence, quality, accessibility, and global relevance. You’ll partner with teams to conceptualize, test, design, and deliver human-centered user experiences and build products that are distinctively Webex: inclusive, bridge-building, useful, and secure.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience on user-focused product writing including work in hardware, software, digital agency, or other relevant product areas.
- Top-notch ability to write clearly and succinctly in a way that encourages users to want to use our product, and makes sure that they’re able to do so easily.
- Experience in shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects.
- Experience working in a continuous deployment and Agile environment where content needs to be updated regularly and rapidly.

- A portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines.
