About You
You believe design is a verb, not a deliverable. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can jump in and become a driving force to build great experiences, solve complex UX problems, work side by side with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers and other designers through all aspects of the design process. Someone who can empower a design team to create epic design systems. Someone who knows (as much as you might fight it) the constraints of technology are just as important as their promise because it’s in the constraints we find our best ideas.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with teams to design better workflows, experiences, and user interfaces in accordance with design guidelines, sprint cycles, and other deadlines
- Work with UX Research to continually identify and suggest product improvements to boost efficiencies
- Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
- Be on top of the latest product technologies and design trends
- Coordinate the work of the design team members to ensure brand and vision consistency and as well as accurate communication.
- Work with PMs, engineers to ensure scalability and feasibility of designs, and to understand system structures and technical parameters.
- Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Act as mentor to less experienced members of design team
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of product design experience
- A compelling portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design work that also tells a story that you are a deep design thinker
- Experience in all phases of the design process including wire framing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design
- Experience in designing consumer facing products, promotional and brand work a plus.
- Exceptional information presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic design
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members
- Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
- Excellence in Figma, Miro and the Adobe Creative suite are a must
