Not really a complete interface, but I focused on a couple of elements: quick access to recent workouts (and 1-click way to repeat them), and a 7-day tracker of cardio & weight training.

Nothing too special here, though I don't know why more recipe sites don't (a) include a way to change the number of servings (and update the ingredient amounts and (b) include short "how to" videos with the directions.
