Hi, my name is Michel; I'm a design leader, mentor, and writer based in South Florida, United States. As of right now, I have the position of Associate Director Designer at Bitovi, where I also work as a Product Designer and Consultant.
As a leader, I try to inspire my team by setting high standards for myself and encouraging them to do the same. By providing guidance and support, I hope to help them realize their full potential and achieve their goals
