Xin chao! I'm Kha, a product designer. But if you hit rewind, you'd discover my roots as a senior account executive. Back then, I was crafting email marketing templates to allure potential clients. The thrill of designing and tracking their responses – clicks, drop-off rates, etc. – ignited a spark within me.

From that moment, I delved deeper into design, particularly UX/UI. My aim is to create interfaces that not only captivate but also simplify users' experiences, making them more effective.
