Biography
After receiving his degree in real estate from the University of Southern California, Stephen Epstein started his career in the real estate industry, working for a boutique development firm that handled the construction of student housing worth more than $150 million.
After that, he went to work for another student housing company until a year later, accepting a position as an acquisition analyst with a worldwide private equity real estate firm. During his time at the private equity real estate fund, he worked on transactions with a total value of over $300 million, which allowed him to polish his abilities in asset allocation, formal underwriting, fund management, and other institutional areas.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Epstein takes part in hiking, traveling abroad, boating, sailing, and kitesurfing, and also has a great zeal for learning new things. Additionally, Epstein is devoted to philanthropy and volunteers at Celebrity Center Nashville, Church of Scientology.
