A little something, I'm working this morning for Lumadessa. Still working out the face, needs to be exaggerated a bit more to read smaller. WIP

Loving the bird!! But I don't feel the aperture blades.
Maybe lose the blue rectangle and make the aperture opening blue instead?
@Nicholas Hendrickx Thanks, basically what I'm going for is the process of photography, from camera (aperture) to finished photograph (bird in blue rectangle). To bring the viewer's eye linearly through that process, starting from outward to inward. The black slices around the blue represent cropping done in the camera and by the photographer. A way to suggest the thinking that goes into making a photograph into art. While the full circle blue looks good (great idea), though it starts to share visual grammar similarities to a gun sight or in the barrel a gun. The rectangle is a possible way to focus some viewers that away from that thought and adding some more depth, both visually and conceptually. Though, I could scale the photograph (blue and the bird) down 80% to show more of a black border to imply that cropping or to have a white border around that scaled down photo.
