Topher James & Biscuit Brigade Logo 2

Another stab at the logo, I like this one the best I think so far though I like the idea of incorporating symbols that closer represent what I'm trying to do musically (soul, r&b, motown-ish stuff). I'm kinda obsessed with the arrow right now though It's used so much. Any ideas?
