Nudge, The 30 Day Health Score

I designed and built these graphs for our original phone gap application using Javascript and HTML5 canvas.

The Nudge score aggregated data from health trackers and manually tracked inputs to derive a 30-day health score. Each quadrant of the graph (water, activity, sleep, and nutrition) extended outward and changed from red to green based on the user's inputs from the previous 30 days.

Manual tracking was made as simple as possible with a single serving being logged with just one tap. Each tap brought immediate feedback on how the user was progressing toward the daily goals.
While we've since moved on to react-native and changed the focus of Nudge, this UI is still one of the most interesting things I've designed while serving as Nudge's design director.
