Here's a peak at a tenant's renter profile. For renters, Cozy keeps track of your rental history, employment history (via connected LinkedIN profile), and payment history across the places you will live or have lived.
For landlords, it lets you set up recurring payments for your new and/or current renters, and it lets you screen prospective tenants for the places you don't have rented.
