Some of the concepts that my client used while describing her idea for Avid Earthling were: growth and balance, inner-peace, strength, roots, reaching, and nature among others. I have an affinity for trees and all the symbolism contained within, so naturally, that is the route i took when exploring concepts for her new identity. I wanted something really clean and fresh to reflect the goal of the business, from the color all the way down to the simplicity of the overall shape.
