CAQ has been doing a lot of things since they were elected in Quebec, Canada. But looking at how they handle their projects, some might say they don't listen enough to the experts before signing papers and creating new laws, which could explain why they sometimes have to back up and undo what has just been done. Pleasing your electoral base isn't enough when you're the elected party.
