Coming soon: Training. Have 30 seconds to spare? Help us choose our first course!
I was recently re-arraging my iOS homescreen, and realized just how much the default Messages & Phone icons bother me (which is a lot!), so I decided to play around a bit, to see if I could come up with something that I like better. I accomplished my little project, and came up with what you see here.
Simple, yet good looking. I also believe this fits in better with the rest of Apple's default iOS Icons. It seems like the Messages & Phone icons haven't been thought about since the first version of iOS.
Update: Be sure to check out the @2x version to see the slight texture on the icon.
Sorry I haven't been that active lately here! I've been working on some really cool stuff—Some stuff has launched already (http://usehook.com), and some other stuff is still in the works!
Hope to see you around here again soon, but in the meantime, you can follow me on Twitter.
