Teacher Dashboard -WIP

Part of the teacher dashboard for the Workload dashboard for teachers.

We'll be using AJAX to produce all content below the shadow on one page, we'll let teachers access assignments, messages, roster, and grades. Still coding it so I'll hopefully be updating this soon.
