Another part of the Thrive platform - the content management system that allows "app editors" to publish new content, push alerts to their teams and customise the look of their communications app.

Part of the challenge of designing the Thrive CMS is ensuring it remains very easy to use so that anyone within the organisation can maintain their app, without the need for any specialist design or technical skills. We aim for the Internal Comms managers to be up and running quickly - publishing content, sending push notifications and viewing analytics.

The CMS designs show how simple it is for new content to be added and rearranged, allowing app editors to swiftly publish company news, events, rotas, job openings and training resources. They can also create different types of lists within their app that allow their employees to post their own stories or show appreciation to their colleagues.
