Dashnote

Thought I’d try this Dribbble business out with a shot of an old dashboard widget (for Simplenote) I made. http://dashnote.resen.co

I tried to give it the familiar look and utility of a native OS X app (title bar at the top, rounded search field at top right, etc), but keep it from looking out of place among other dashboard widgets by giving it some super rounded edges and a thick outline around the border.

The light gray banner is an ad I’m using to try and get *some* ROI.

Graphics were used for the icons and textures, everything else is created with css.
