Slide Panels Concept - Updated

Cleaned up the concept for the slide up panels for Snowcast. Trying the non angle versions now. Seems a bit cleaner and easier for the user.

This shows the panels in a mid open state. Will be able to swipe up or down. First shows snowfall history and second panel will show other secondary information related to the resort. The blue bar will always be visible, this shows new snow levels in the past 24 hours and surface conditions.
