Pecha Kucha Night • Vol. 16

Pecha Kucha Nights are quarterly events featuring speakers that present using a unique format. Presenters are required to use 20 slides and can only talk about each slide for 20 seconds before the slide automatically advances.

The design of this poster was inspired by the heatwave hitting our city at the time. A picture of the French Broad River was run through a pixel sorting algorithm to give the resulting image a sort of abstract melted feel.
