Last summer when I became officially signed on as a graphic designer at ocreations, right after graduation, I worked on my very first publication - The Official Visitors Guide for Visit Pittsburgh.
I worked alongside Art Director, Jared Dieffenbach on the interior pages - My main focus was on the 'grids/listings' throughout the publication.
I chose to have very light gray tables, with bright dividers to keep it easy on the eyes. I also implemented an icon system they did not have last year. It added life to the grids and also made them much more fun!
Visit Pittsburgh was another amazing client with amazing associates. They were super fun to work with and we couldn't be happier at how it turned out!
The front and back cover each have two panels that fold out to show a panaroma view of Pittsburgh. If visit Pittsburgh, definitely pick up one of these free guides, or wait until they're up on the VisitPittsburgh.com site! :D
