Multiple Phone Numbers

Prototyping a multiple phone numbers capture screen.

The goal is to streamline the process and make it easy and fast to enter and edit multiple phone numbers.
The challenge: How do we display various input field options, like type, best time contact, text vs call, and other additional selections. This prototype tests the input fields by grouping all the relevant actions and making it easy to make a selection.
