Emory 3q29 Project

One of the coolest projects I’ve done as a freelancer was creating a logo for the Emory 3q29 Project. 3q29 deletion syndrome is a rare genomic disorder. Emory University’s Department of Human Genetics needed a logo that was fun in order to help appeal to pediatric audience of the patients, but it also needed to be serious enough to be used in presentations and conferences within the genetics field. The chromosome shaped logo’s “feet” highlight the area that 3q29 affects.
