Balance

‘Balance’, this should be my keyword for 2020: a balance between the extremes of indulgence and deprivation, the right amount of work and rest, of company and solitude, of stimulation and peace, of food, exercise, meditation, etc… It’s impossible to have a perfect balance but every time I’m trying to get closer to it I learn so many new things of my body, my personality… It’s a Never-Ending Learning Process and I kind of like it because it’s challenging and makes me crossing the line of my comfort zone.
