    Yeah, almost. The shading makes it more distracting than the light or translucent menubars though

    I am aware of Max's theme. I personally don't like the way his menubar icons are shaded. Nor do I like the white drop shadow under the text. No clue if that's been fixed yet, but you get my point I'm sure.

    I could imaging that OS X is going to go this way to make the OS more like iOS. But I don't like this idea, os x needs the normal menubar otherwise it would loose it personality.

    @Rickie Sherman The shadows under the text are because of OS X's etched effect on the text. Not aware of any way to get rid of that. Of course it's easy to do in a mockup.
