Prefab System Families
I made this illustration to show the conceptual breakdown of the prefab system created by the housing startup I was at. The four columns represent structure, envelope, exterior finishes, and interior finishes. Each number represents a different construction system, trade, and/or process that was ordered and installed sequentially. All of this was represented down to the screw in a 3D model. Some of the component systems are shown in the startup's warehouse.
