very clean, as @Luboš Volkov mentioned... lighten up the texture ;) warm welcome to the dribbble team :)
Nice shot! Welcome to Dribbble!
@Jeremy Goldberg @Simona Merlini @Roy Klemba @Mike Busby @karetniy @Greg Dlubacz @Valik Boyev @Paul Kegel @David Kovalev @Luboš Volkov @Tomas Vateha Thank you guys for the warm welcome :)
@David Kovalev good point, your right the texture is to loud, I will lighten it up a bit.
Nice work, I'd go easy on the texture though. :)
Also welcome aboard!
Search for posts should be a dark gray, so it looks like placeholder text. To compensate for this you should also add a search icon so it is more clear. The far right nav fades into the background which I like since it presents the user with less options.
I would lessen the glow on the left edge of the social networks to choose from, the yellow glow is a bit too strong. I would also reduce the dark black stroke on all of the icons a little bit.
Create a new group could potentially be reduced to "New group". Settings hidden in the drop down. Which will make the nav feel even simpler. Also the add social services seems to have a different shadow compared to the other btns. Just reduce reduce reduce from this point :). Good job
@Joe Anderson I agree some of the elements like the textures, social icons, need to be lightened up. Good point on the search.
btw as for the "add social services" it has a different shadow because it's the hover state of the button.
Thank you for the well thought out feedback :)
