Zippyshare logo revamp - exploration (2)

Zippyshare is a well-known file sharing site. While downloading a file I noticed that its logo can be improved. here's my take on it.

As Zippyshare is a file sharing site, I immediately thought of the common share icon. The idea of this logo mark quickly started forming in my head. I wanted the logo to look friendly, recognizable and scalable. Zippyshare doesn't have an android app (yet). So this mark has the potential to be used as app icon as well.

Most difficult part of this exploration was using the yellow color in the design. Too bright yellow doesn't look good on screens. Too desaturated yellow looks dull. So I had to get the perfect balance in between.
