Capturing user feedback

Agoda continually optimizes user experience by using data to personalize content for our users. One way to enable this is by capturing users’ feedback in a way that does not interrupt their flow or alter their experience. This design exploration shows how we can capture section-level and inline-level feedback on our property detail page.
