This is my submission for our office's weekly design challenge. This week's topic was Neptune. It's still a work in progress, but here's what I have so far.

PERFECT color desigion
The more I look at it the less I'm able to decide whether I like those cyan highlights or not - perhaps softing them a bit might help me decide ;) Other than that - the face rocks!
Frane- I feel the same way. I keep going back and forth about the reflective light. Zoomed out it, viewing the piece as a whole, its not as distracting, but as I silently glare at this image they really start to bug me. I'll probably tone them down and try to make them look more like water reflections.
I like the tone - it makes a lovely contrast. Perhaps adding the highlights to the nose side surface area as well (which clearly is exposed) might improve the feeling? I would definitely keep the colour scheme though - it works really well!
Your lighting looks great always!

My take on Dave's Neptune - a bit different approach. Gods were actually alines and stuff :) It's a wip too, might get an AI treatment when I manage - hope you don't mind Dave ;)
