    Trying to figure out what to do with the new footer. Took a lot of inspiration from It's Nice That. The Archive is a bit intense which is what happens when you run a blog for over 5 years. Still in progress!

    Maybe break the archive into five columns using shorthand for the month/year? A column for each year. Would be much easier to find the month you're looking for I think. Just a thought :)

    Maybe the categories and archive sections should be dropdowns, rather than fully listed out?

    I might use a dropdown or something more intuitive to allow people to select archive dates. I feel like (speaking with no idea of your analytics) visitors will want to select a semi-random month in a year, instead of actively selecting a specific month and year. More of a "this section of the calendar seems interesting" than a "I need to see content on this day".

    TL;DL perhaps list months and years in a more succinct way?
