With Coalesce, we reimagined the subscription model for the leading real estate news publication. Inman needed to transition to a new membership-based model. They also wanted a faster way to launch their new products, maintain their loyal readership, and simultaneously tap into new markets.

As a lead designer, the suggestion was to offer a cleaner and more consistent design to make the experience more engaging for readers. Inman News subscription was recreated, based on defined user personas and expectations that felt less intrusive to the customer, while providing a load of value.

Combined, our changes boosted readership by 30% within 90 days of launch.
