Music App For OS X

I don't usually do these things, but I had some free time and Apple killed my favorite feature of iTunes. Cover Flow.

This is not iTunes. So don't ask about sync, cooking or anything else the poor bloated app does.

But it is a music player indeed. (See @2x). A very simple one:

1. Playlists are picked from the window's title. Weird, but you know, hiding sidebars is the new black.
2. Search works by just typing when the app is active.
3. No playback buttons. I want to ear about you guys, but I'm used to the physical ones on my keyboard.
4. But there's a pause (or play) button on the selected album.
5. Behavior between Cover Flow and the list view should be the same as iTunes 10.
6. Sadly, again, no cooking.

As a foot note, by the most part I like iTunes 11. This is just a silly exercise, not meant to be a "redesign". And not even a replacement (but maybe would be for the ones that just listen to music).

And before I forget, that cool wallpaper is by @Timothy J. Reynolds
