Cocoon logo ideation

Here are some of the ideas I came up with while working on a logo for a coffee lounge & bar in the Netherlands. Named Cocoon, most of my ideas offered the choice for the client to either favor the "coffee" or "cocoon" while a few (like the chair) tried to combine both concept. I came up with several different ideas and directions before selecting a couple of promising ones with the client.
