I had been brainstorming what type of badges could increase engagement of my fellow co-workers and motivate them for their never-ending contribution in blogging.
I have tailored the gameplay and rewards system according to our prime users who are content writers, so a fun feature such as Badges are used here which will help in tapping intrinsic motivation so that they enjoy it. Each badge encourages unique behaviour representing particular skill and knowledge.
I am thankful to Nitish Sir and Sachin for implementation of the idea on ground reality. Finally our meticulous actions bought out some amazing results.
