Plank - Lap Desk

I look forward to not being in front of a screen. So I find myself sketching or cutting wood in the garage. A few years ago, I created a lap desk for myself to be more productive when not in an office chair — in other words, being able to work comfortably from the recliner. I recently decided to refine my lap desk into something minimum but still comfortable. The result is a very functional product that my kids use for homework or for me to rest my laptop (with a mouse) while watching their cartoons.
