Looks really cool but the first thing I thought was that this was a cast light on a wall/floor - hence the bend at the bottom. If the paint drips just went straight down to a round end would it work better?
@Owen Jones well it depends, if the paint is not very fluid then the resulting shape will be this, i also went for the bigger ends because of the rounded corner on top, tried almost to recreate that one in every corner of the triangle from the bottom and right drips.
Great improvement. Now it also seems to allude to eighth notes!
Yeah, can definitely see your thinking and it looks great. Just can't not see the buildings as shadows that creep along the floor and up the wall.
Great concept, buddy! Love your work!
Yes! And double Yes!!
Thanks @Luma Vine , @harwen , @Elena Zhitko , @Radu Jianu , @José Almeida , @Rich Scott for the nice words, glad you like it;
@Owen Jones thanks for your input buddy although the shadow thing will be hard to spotted in my opinion I will try and see what can be done there, maybe moving the paint drips alternatively will easily solve that :)

Final and approved mark a music app. Wanted to wrap this up before i officially end my working year :). Along with my client we decided that a combination of the initial concept and the iteration would be the right solution here, having only three buildings make the mark less fuzzy.
Hope to get a chance soon in jan. to create a behance presentation about this project - was a great process, think this is my fav project for this year. Also want to thank my client, Reza which proved to be a great communicator, i hope you all get clients like him :).
Last but not least, really want to thank the whole community for the support not only in this logo but in all my projects, it is invaluable!
Hope all of you have a great holiday!
