I've been working on this form somewhere last week. I am quite happy about it, mostly about the low visual noise, considering the number of select boxes. However, I think it can still be better.

What do you guys think? Let me know.

    Very clean I'd say :) That's what I love.

I`m not going to talk about he visual style bcs its pretty clean (B/W rocks). But the layout is little bit zig/zag for me. I would like to see some sort of align there. For example you have those texts: process/transformation on the top of the box nd those running at next to the box? Thats little bit wierd. Also those dropdowns are to soft user might be even not pay attetion to them (maybe they will i cant image that witho uthe rest of UI).

Hope this will help you @Pavel Maček :) keep going!

very clean, but I agree with Luboš... consider repositioning and it should be perfect then...

I agree with Luboš and Matej. Other than the repositioning I'd say be consistent with the type caps. "Process" and "transformation" are in upper case, but "running every" and "at" are small case.

Like how the labels are faded, and the selection is higher contrast. Simple!
