Berlin Bear

I kinda dislike the Berlin bear logo, http://www.goodlogo.com/images/logos/berlin_logo_3056.gif , looks more like a monster than a bear so I spent few hours on it. Then I decided that I also need a grid system, to make it more appealing to designers and multiply my chances to get a like.
