Biomimetics - The future of syringe

I hate shots. No matter it is good or bad(?) for my health, I don't want to put a needle into my body. It is always a nightmare for me.

Korean scientists, Professor Won-Gyu Bae (Soong-sil University) and his team, have developed a patch style syringe, inspired by a poisonous snake's fang which has a helical form to penetrate poison easily into the prey.

Based on the article, interview, I created an illustration for a kind of scientific blog and UI with the illustration and the real article. (http://www.kyen.kr/news/view.php?idx=2601)

Hopefully, a few years later, we might put a silicon style patch as a flu shot.
