LAPOR! as National Complaint Handling System is a social media-based aspiration and complaints platform, in which, it is easily accessible and has been integrated with all of the government institutions in Indonesia. LAPOR! was developed by Presidential Staff Ofﬁce (KSP) in order to increase the public participation for government programs and performance supervision in the implementation of development and public services.
