Patrick Yandoc: Unchosen Logo Concept 1

An unchosen concept for my pal, Patrick Yandoc (www.patrickyandoc.com). Patrick is a photographer who offers both still and stop motion photography. His work is often recognized by his use of form and paper (from his paper fine art prints to his collaborations with the amazing @trez). We wanted to do something in ode to that fun aspect of his work, so we imagined his monogram PY as it would look made of sheets of paper. Also, anyone who has ever worked with Patrick knows he is the sweetest, kindest dude around. I'm a big sucker for alliteration, so for this system I added a little services secondary mark that says “dealing in: Form, Frames (photography and still motion), and Feelings (making work that makes you feel something – generall happiness, because his work is bright and full of color). I'll share the final concept we landed on once Patrick releases his brand new website!
