Grupo Universal, a holding of various companies in the financial industry of the Dominican Republic, from healthcare to trust funds, launched in 2015 their latest and sixth company: Fiduciaria Universal.
The challenge was to introduce a fiduciary business in an industry that took off in 2012 after law 189-11 passed and that was somewhat new to its audience and the financial sector of the country.
The strategy, to use the brand's 50 years of experience, service and reputation to convey trust, calibrating, with the aid of user testing, the value propositions and comprehension of the subject matter.
