Fixed-footer w. basket

I'm throwing down on this togglable, fixed-footer "mini-basket". When toggled down only the topmost part shows. When toggled up a tooltip shows some basic product-information when hovering an item.

Since the footer follows you around as you navigate the site, cookies will make sure to remember the toggled state.
