Grid UI with Dynamic Column Header

This is a shot of my toggle switch(http://dribbble.com/shots/806648-Metro-UI-Toggle-Switch) in use. This is used for data importing. The toggle switch for a header allows the user to say whether or not the data they're importing already includes headers. Any feedback is appreciated.
