Private Journal Vector Icon

An faux 3D iOS icon I made on Adobe Illustrator for practice. This took about three hours to make. I didn't use a physical or photographic reference this time; I created this all from my imagination.

Originally I wanted to make a book icon. I then noticed there needed to be something on the cover. I wanted to have a challenge in creating something difficult, and I figured making a metallic lock with tons of highlights and reflective lighting would do.
