Intercom Inbox Mockup

I've been using Intercom (intercom.io) lately but am struggling with the interface. I found the Inbox particularly obtuse. Here I take a stab at a new layout that tells more about the customer, expands on the last message or note in the conversation, and makes clear calls to action.
