Gauge tiles

Instead of having an all or nothing approach to displaying at a glance histograms, I'm testing the idea of progressive/elective enhancement. All four icons to the left of the settings gear pertain to various numbers being actively monitored. Instead of showing four rapidly refreshing numbers all the time, or hiding their output and triggering a modal, we offer the user a chance to flip over individual tiles they actually care about. This way, the user can watch a few important numbers without information overload.
