Wedding | Registry 🤵👰

As I mentioned before, my wife and I travel a lot. Actually so much that we don't really have a 'home' and therefore a traditional wedding registry would have been pretty useless to us. Therefore, instead of buying 'things', our guests had the option to contribute to our honeymoon.

To make things a little more fun, I built an interactive map through which guests could visualise just how far their gift would take us.

Guests were then able to directly pay via credit card thanks to the Stripe integration. For guests which decided to contribute via bank transfer, we just manually updated the donations in the site's backend for the route to be properly updated.
