In order to abide by states' varying telemedicine laws, Curology recently launched a feature that helps providers and patients do phone consultations with each other. 🎉
The project spanned over several months. I was able to work with teams across biz-ops, medical, and product. Traveled to conduct research with our medical staff. And pushed a lot of pixels.
What resulted was a two-sided (internal and patient-facing product) that allowed providers and patients to be matched with each other based on availability and other factors.
I'm really excited to see this launch. It's easily the largest project I've worked on at Curology and a lot of effort was put in to make sure this design is usable for both our internal medical team and our patients.
